Boarding

Brizes Kennels offer a professional, friendly country environment for your pet.

We are a charter member of the American Boarding Kennels Association (ABKA).

Barbara Brizes, owner, has been in the pet care business since 1970. She has ABKA certification as a Certified Kennel Operator.

We offer spacious indoor/outdoor runs for up to 150 dogs. The small runs are 48 sq. ft. and large runs are 68 sq. ft. All outdoor sections are completely covered by a roof. For winter boarding the kennels are heated along with heated floors. The dogs have access to their outside run all day except for winer boarding when we control the amount of access depending on temperatures.

Pick-up and Delivery Service

We also offer pick-up and delivery sevice for boarding. This service runs Monday through Friday in the afternoon. Rates start at $15.00 depending on distance from kennels.

We sell Zodiac and Bio-Spot flea products and Mendota English style leashes.

Things You Can Bring For Your Pet

You may bring treats, toys, bedding and food. We supply premium dry food for dogs and cats. If you wish to bring your own dog food, we ask that you separate it into daily feedings. Please no comforters.

Vacination Requirements

Before boarding, all pets must be current with vaccinations for Distemper and Rabies. In addition, it is recommended that dogs have bordetella and/or dog flu shots which give your pet extra protection from respiratory disease. Please follow your veterinary's recommendations for these two shots.
